I need some form of pick me up in the AM. I always go for coffee. Problem is, I don't like it black. I like to add in sugar, creamer that is flavored, and a bit of milk.

Basically, by the time I am drinking it, they may as well be serving it at starbucks. I think it has too much sugar and could be high in calories but I am not sure if I NEED to give it up.

I think it is a good idea. My coffee was super sweet too when I used to drink it. I would have 2 or 3 cups a day as well. When I actually sat down and added up the calories, that was 650 of my daily calorie intake for the day, nearly half of what I was able to eat and not gain weight!

I wouldn't cut out coffee, no. It's actually beneficial and does help with weight loss as long as you don't drink too much. 1 or 2 cups a day is fine.
That said, I'd get rid of the creamer and use less or no sugar. If you don't enjoy it that way, perhaps find another hot drink to enjoy. Tea is amazing as well, black or with a splash of milk. So many varieties to explore as well.
