I am a picky eater. I don't really like trying new foods, so I always feel like I'm eating the same things. What are some things that you can recommend to me that I could try out. Something that is pretty basic because I have the worst time thinking of new things to make because I"m picky.

I am quite picky as well and this is because of a nervous habit. When someone tries to give me something I had never had, I always think "What if my stomach don't like it!?" so I tend to stick to the same food over and over again. Even when I eat out. I have one or two meals at every restaurant and never try anything new.

I know what you mean. For me, it's a cycle of chicken, pasta, fruit, and salads =(

The best advice I can really give I guess is to just go for it. Try stuff that's close to what you normally like. Like if you're like me, try anything with chicken in it! Or, maybe try cooking it yourself to see what it's like. I notice that if I cook it myself, I'll eat it, even if I don't like it.

Hope that helps somehow!

You might not like trying new foods, but nothing is actually stopping you. If you see some fruit or vegetable at the store you've never tried, just buy it and see. I never knew how nice cranberries were, but I made a point to buy things I haven't eaten before. So stick to simple stuff like fruits and vegetables, if you like them you can try making more out of them.
