I read about this on Instagram. I guess you can do this if you have a flight of stairs which is usually like 12 steps I think.

You go up and down them for one count and then do this 50 times. So you will go up them 50 times and down them 50 times. You do this every day for 30 days and supposedly it shrinks and tightens your butt and helps get rid of cellulite.
Has anyone tried this? How many calories would this burn?
