Hello!

As mentioned in my previous thread, I can spare about 1 hour a day for exercise on weekdays and 2 or more on weekends.
All I'm looking to do is lose fat from my belly, arms, and legs. What are some good exercises to help me do this? I have a bike and some weights in the basement and can buy extra things if needed. Please suggest some routines for me.

Weight loss will come off where you last put it on, there is no way to target it, unfortunately.

That being said, you can start with something basic like doing a morning walk or bike ride. If you want to do strength training you can use weights. It depends on what your end goal is. Do you just want to lose fat or do you want to lose fat AND gain muscle?
